Financial Modelling Associate Director/ Director
Insurance
London/ Hybrid (1 day pw in office)
£120k + Bonus + Benefits
This is a greenfield role in one of the cities fastest growing Insurance businesses. As the Financial Modelling Associate Director/ Director you will be tasked with bringing in house all modelling.
Supporting the group this is a highly visible role and as such will need exceptional stakeholder engagement skills. Board presentations will be a key function of this role.
General responsibilities:
Build and maintain a five year model for all capital allocations.
Identifying and allocating best resource of finance on a group level.
Support the Head of FP&A in the budgeting, planning and reforecasting processes.
Meeting with revenue and cost P&L holders across the business and discussing findings with the Head of FP&A for use in the budget cycle.
Business partnering with other teams throughout the wider business to develop best practice tools, models and processes that improve the analytical capabilities of the FP&A function.
Key Skills:
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or CFA
Experience in building models
Outstanding Excel skills
Ability to extrapolate and explain the models to key financial and non-financial stakeholders.
