We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Commercial Banking team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

In this role, your key responsibilities include:
- New Client Acquisition Lead the acquisition of new clients, reviewing the prepared financial analysis and credit applications to ensure the adherence to the set onboarding process
- Portfolio Management Seek and source new solutions for existing clients, overseeing the enrolment of clients for alternate channels in order to offer value added services that increase transaction volumes and grow the assigned portfolio and ensure best in class product offerings
- Relationship Management Review client dossiers to ensure capture current and future needs; identify and respond to customers' requirements and ensure complaints are resolved within agreed turnaround times to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Risk Management Conduct client visits, understand and report on risk profile and highlight/update approving authorities with any changes in order to enable necessary action to be taken
- Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders
- Self-Management Manage self in line with the Bank's people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own contribution to business performance
- Customer Service Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank's required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions


The ideal candidate should have the following experience

- At least 7 years of experience in managing relationships and portfolio of clients
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
- Knowledge of balance sheet analysis

- Knowledge key financial ratios

- Relationship management skills
