Fed Finance is a dedicated recruitment firm which specialises in Accountancy, Audit & Corporate Finance roles.
My name is Baptiste YLÖNEN and my client (construction) is looking for a versatile profile with Payroll, Finance and Accountancy skills. The role is located near St-Pancras.

Payroll :
* Preparing and executing monthly payroll preparation & payment for expatriate employees (20 individuals)
* Liaise with HMRC & tax/advisory firms overseas
* Reviewing the payroll of UK employees (400 individuals)
* Processing payroll and employee expense claims
* Resolving payroll discrepancies
* Assisting the Payroll Manager

Finance & Accountancy :
* Budgeting and reporting
* Advising on strategic planning and business planning
* Completing all tax-related material
* Overseeing benefits and compensation packages
* Creating financial statements for internal and external stakeholders
* Providing financial analysis and forecasting
* Supporting auditing projects
* Assisting the Accountant

* Strong written and spoken French and English skills
* A professional accountancy qualification would be an added-value (ACA / ACCA / DEC / CIMA or equivalent)
* Experience in complex payroll processes
* A genuine interest in international environment and working in a multi-cultural context.
* Knowledge of the Construction industry
* An ability to communicate in a professional, constructive, and respectful manner
