During your tenure as a Manager / Senior Manager in Finance & Performance, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
  • How the engagement should impact broader business objectives and creates a team environment that builds accountability for and commitment to meeting engagement objectives.
  • Projects and provide strategic direction across the account to deliver a superior client experience.
  • Deep sector expertise and manages engagements across accounts within chosen industry/sector.

You will already have a network of business contacts in the region and be able to advise CFOs on leading practice approaches in key areas of the finance function. You will do this by combining your personal experience and expertise with existing Deloitte propositions in finance strategy, operating model design, performance management, cost management, finance process optimization, finance technology, treasury management, statutory and regulatory compliance, and profitability analysis. You will also be expected to contribute to the further development of Deloitte's intellectual property across our 4 service lines (Consulting, Audit, Corporate Finance, Tax) to enhance our services targeted at the Finance & Performance function.

As a leader you will be responsible for the independent delivery of engagements or major modules of large projects. This includes leading the approach, liaising with clients and other parties, and directing the activities of individuals within the team. A crucial part of your role will include involvement in business development and marketing activities to initiate and maintain contact with target companies as we extend our business footprint. A strong candidate will already have a portfolio of contacts across the region.

  • 7 to 12 years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
  • Business development experience and high comfort level meeting with and presenting to CxO and VP levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in business process improvement.
  • Qualified accountant or similar experience
  • Essential financial services experiences including banking and insurance.
  • Experience managing large, complex projects with 12+ resources within a consulting environment, with a vendor or within an enterprise IT team.
  • An advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related.
  • A willingness to travel 80 - 100% of the time.
  • Experience in any of the following is a plus:

SAP and Oracle - EPM focused apps in addition to ERPs
