Position Summary:

The CFO will play a critical role in shaping and executing our financial strategy as The Company prepare for the IPO. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the investment banking landscape, particularly within the healthcare industry, and a proven track record of successfully leading NASDAQ IPO listings. Additionally, experience working with Chinese healthcare companies is highly desirable. The CFO will collaborate closely with the executive team, including the CEO, to ensure effective financial planning and transparent reporting to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy and Leadership:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth plans.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and board of directors, contributing to key decision-making processes.
  • Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management to ensure optimal resource allocation and financial stability.
  • Drive financial analysis and evaluation of potential investments, partnerships, and M&A opportunities.

IPO Planning and Execution:
  • Lead the IPO planning process, collaborating with external advisors and legal counsel to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage relationships with investment banks, underwriters, auditors, and other stakeholders involved in the IPO process.
  • Prepare financial statements, prospectus, and other documentation required for the IPO.
  • Coordinate the due diligence process and ensure timely completion of all necessary filings and disclosures.

Financial Reporting and Compliance:
  • Establish and maintain robust financial reporting systems, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc financial reports to the executive team, board of directors, and investors.
  • Implement best practices for internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements

Investor Relations and Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and shareholders, effectively communicating the company's financial performance and growth prospects.
  • Participate in investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences to promote the company's financial story.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and board of directors, providing financial insights and guidance on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA qualification is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience (minimum 10 years) in finance leadership roles, with a focus on investment banking and capital markets.
  • Proven track record of leading successful NASDAQ IPO listings, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial reporting requirements for public companies.
  • Experience working with Chinese healthcare companies is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a keen eye for identifying financial risks and opportunities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
