Job Purpose Summary::
Support the Sustainability team (Senior) Managers in delivering specific tasks within the Strategy and Business development department. Responsibility includes supporting activities related to the Sustainability framework, strategy, policy, related framework(s), and agenda. This includes promoting and assisting roll-out and deployment across QNB Group. They are responsible for assisting the ESG (environmental, social and governance) annual public reporting and disclosures, and supporting the team with research. The incumbent will also support priority topics, participate in specific deliverables, and work with internal stakeholders on sustainability related topics across QNB Group. The remit covers Qatar, international branches, representative offices and subsidiaries.

Education & Experience Requirements::
- Bachelor degree from a Top-tier university degree from leading academic institution with focus on business administration, science, sustainability related studies, or finance

- Qatari graduates with minimum 2 years' experience

- Awareness, knowledge, and/ or interest in Sustainability topics, trends, practices and principles

- Demonstrated delivery capability and ability to work well in a team through work experience and/ or university assignments and projects

- Proven track record and experience in delivering specific tasks and objectives

Required Special Skills::
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an asset)

- Effective moderation and interpersonal skills

- Experience in and collaborating and communicating effectively within project/ working groups,

- Drive, energy and motivated to gain new skills

- Strong analytical, numerical, evaluation and planning skills

- Ability to demonstrate, adopt to, and/ or learn project management skills, managing tight deadlines, and working diligently in a multi-cultural operating environment

- Experience with all standard business software applications, office communication tools and technologies with very strong skills in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word

- Hands-on mentality, highly proactive, self-driven and motivated to learn and develop
