As a Finance Analyst, you will be business partnering between finance, IT, and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and system functionality.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the team in mastering finance systems and nurturing the relationship between finance, IT, and external support companies.
- Production of periodic reporting
- Consistent reporting which align with guidelines and of a high standard
- Refine processes and enhance reporting mechanisms for optimal efficiency.
- Assist in the development and presentation of annual budgets and forecasts, contributing to the financial backbone of the company.
- Take ownership of pivotal models to analyse expenditure and shape strategic financial decisions.
- Act as a catalyst for change, driving improvements and fostering a culture of continuous development within the finance domain.
Requirements:
- Experience working within industry
- Accountancy Qualification (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
- Proven experience in financial analysis and system management.
- Experience working in a consumer brand environment is advantageous.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and a strong analytical mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments.
