Join our Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) team as a consultant or senior consultant. You will be a member of a multidisciplinary team to help clients build and manage their sustainability approach aiming at addressing rising stakeholder concerns and new regulatory requirements, achieving more transparent non-financial reporting and seizing opportunities for integrating sustainability aspects in business processes, incl. supplier management and risk mitigation.

Join our Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) team as a consultant or senior consultant. You will be a member of a multidisciplinary team to help clients build and manage their sustainability approach aiming at addressing rising stakeholder concerns and new regulatory requirements, achieving more transparent non-financial reporting and seizing opportunities for integrating sustainability aspects in business processes, incl. supplier management and risk mitigation.
Your key responsibilities
- You will support and advise our clients on sustainability strategies and non-financial reporting.
- You help to provide assurance over non-financial information using our sustainability assurance methodology.
- You will support in developing Climate strategies (e.g. GHG footprint & trajectories development, target setting and climate related risks & opportunities assessment).
- You follow relevant trends and developments to take them into account in our approaches and to communicate them to our internal and external contacts.
- You also support market development by conducting studies and building customer relationships and internal training.
- You analyze various sustainability topics by independently evaluating data and preparing the results for presentations and reports.
- Furthermore, you support the preparation of client proposals, meetings and events.
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role you must have
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in economics, environmental sciences/engineering or related fields of study is a prerequisite
- Interest in topics such as sustainability, climate change and non-financial reporting & assurance, as well as training in these areas
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Project management experience and financial or carbon accounting skills are a plus
- Integrity, respect and teamwork are your core values
- You have energy and enthusiasm to build a better working world
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a requirement, additional proficiency in Swiss National languages is a plus

- Ability to work closely with large teams and in an international environment
- Capacity to take initiative, overcome challenges and work collaboratively as demonstrated by prior relevant working or project experience
- For senior consultants: First work experience in sustainability consulting or other working experience in sustainability related departments
- Available to start in winter/spring 2024
