About the Role

People Sustainability will cover Employee Value Proposition; Diversity, Equity, Inclusion; and Employee Wellness, articulate and cultivate positive impact of people sustainability across the organization and talent market to attract and retain talent.
  • Responsible in implementing culture & engagement initiatives for employees through AIA framework and process to drive cultural transformation, sustain employee value proposition, improve employee engagement and experience and employee innovation as well as to promote effective employee collaboration.
  • Support to promote a positive culture transformation, develop a sense of purpose, and foster workplace wellness and mindfulness
  • Support the development and engagement of employee engagement networks across business units
  • Lead and coordinate the annual employee engagement survey, partner with internal customers and the external service providers to facilitate the implementation and rollout of the survey. Work closely with vendors to continually review quantitative and qualitive research methods to generate insights to enable HR to drive an inclusive culture and develop guideline and toolkit for facilitating people leaders to analyze / communicate employee survey results and define quality impact plans.
  • Provide planning and execution for all company-wide engagement events including but not limited to town-halls, leadership forums, enterprise celebrations, etc.
  • Stay ahead of the employee well-being market trend and practice; research and analyze the latest market trends and practices, and recommend a fit for purpose approach for the enterprise
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal awareness and skills with multi-national/cultural experience.
  • A strong teammate who is able to give towards shared company goals by collaborating with peers from across the organisation to bring the best combined efforts to garner results.
  • Must be adaptable, willing to learn, motivated and have a can do attitude.
  • Highly effective communicator with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas, concepts, and proposals to engage team, peers, and leadership
  • Comfortable and confident with presentations, hosting and moderating
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English, written and verbal
