Job Responsibilities:
  • Leading and owning ServiceNow Implementation.
  • Implement best practices, and participate in the design, development, and deployment phases on various ServiceNow Instances.
  • Reviewing and testing activities on various ServiceNow instances.
  • Define and implement best practices, and participate in the design, development, and deployment phases in ServiceNow.
  • Guiding and mentoring the team members
Job Requirements:
  • Min 6 years of overall experience
  • Min 5 years of ServiceNow experience
  • Min 4 Hands-on ServiceNow implementation.
  • Experience on core ServiceNow modules like - Case Management, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management, Service Portal, PSDS (Public Sector Digital Services) Implementation , Workforce Optimization, Playbooks, Inbound Integrations, Reporting, in addition to ITSM modules (Incident, change, problem).
  • Experience on Portal, Integrations with various tools using API, SFTP, web service methods etc., Performance Analytics, Workforce Optimization, reporting.
  • Experience in Playbook Configuration
  • Experience on PSDS (Public Sector Digital Services) data Model.
  • Experience in creating custom applications.
  • Experience in creating and modifying workflows, Case routing through decision tables.
  • Experience in creating custom flow actions and sub flows.
  • Experience in creating and modifying Flows using Flow designer.
  • Experience in Predictive Intelligence
  • Experience in complex data migration.
  • Excellent experience on ServiceNow integrations
  • Experience in working on Agile Methodology.
  • Experience in Advanced Work assignment, CSM Configurable workspace.
  • Experience in Workforce Optimization.
  • Experience in design, development, and deployment in ServiceNow.
  • Experience in documentation and review activities.
  • Excellent experience on ServiceNow integrations
  • Experience on Java scripting.
  • Knowledge on Configuration Management Database.
  • Excellent experience in creating customer reports and dashboards.
  • Experience on ServiceNow foundation data management and data modelling.
  • Experience on creating Database views.
  • Exposure to Release Management
  • Review and test activities on various ServiceNow instances.
  • Excellent understanding of ITIL processes

  • Configuration of Case Management
  • Configuration of Case state flow.
  • Implementation of PSDS (Public Sector Digital Services).
  • Configuration of Government sector Portal.
  • Configuration of Playbooks.
  • Configuration of custom activities in Playbook.
  • Creating the lists in CSM/FSM Configurable workspace.
  • Configuring the CSM /FSM Configurable workspace using UI Builder.
  • Mapping of accounts with child accounts in CSM.
  • Creation of Flows, Sub flows and Custom actions.
  • Creation of assignment rules for assigning the cases.
  • Implementing Web Service Integration using SOAP and REST API
  • Creation of workflows.
  • Implementation of Predictive intelligence Solutions
  • Creation of Performance Analytics reports and dashboards.
  • Configuration of Scheduled Data imports.
  • Creation of Topics, Topic Blocks in Virtual Agent.
  • Creating the Catalog items and Record Producers.
  • Configure Data Sources and Transform Maps.
  • Creation of script-based assignment and approval rules
  • Creation of Business Rule, UI Action by using Glide script
  • Creation of custom related list
  • Creation of Access Control List with the help of Scripting
  • Creation of Script Includes.
  • Creation of Script based UI Policy and Client Script
  • Debugging the Scripts.
  • Creating and customizing UI and pages using Jelly
  • Single Sign-On (SSO) Authentication Implementation
  • Working with complex Log Files
  • Designing of widgets.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Customer Service Management
