Join us in walking the talk when it comes to supporting our customers, giving back and making our communities a better place.

About the role

As Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of the branch. Historically referred to as Bank Teller, our Customer Service Officers are leading the way with our unique philosophy.

You will be given the training you need to do what you do best - help customers with transactions, educate them on our online platforms and tools, recommend the bank's products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.

This position is located at Community Banks Virginia and Elizabeth. The role is permanent part time. The roster is 42 hours per fortnight, Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, with the potential to swap Fridays for another day or spread the hours over two days.

About the branch

Community Bank Virginia & Districts and Elizabeth are a proud and successful set of branches that have had a significant influence in the Adelaide Plains and surrounding areas. Both our businesses have experienced substantial growth over the past 24 and 18 years, respectively.

Through the unique Bendigo & Adelaide Bank Community Bank model, we have invested over $4.6 million back into our local communities through sponsorships, grants, scholarships, as well as dividend payments to our local shareholders.

You will be comfortable working in a changing environment as we adapt to digitization and educate and support our customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs
