We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Services to join our Pershing . This role is located in Chennai/Pune, Tamilnadu- HYBRID model.
Client Support JD
  • Five to Seven plus years of work experience required in Custodian or Investment banking operations.
  • Education requirement: bachelor's degree
  • Strong oral, written, strategic communication skills, including the ability to distill complex messages into clear and concise communications.
  • 4+ years of Global settlements, corporate actions, cash, and trade execution experience is preferable.
  • Good understanding of APAC markets (Australian, Singapore and Hongkong)
  • Good understanding of Trade Life Cycle, Settlement and Clearance process candidates would be preferred.
  • Responsible for or facilitating market claims.
  • Liaise with custodian, brokers / Trade support and front office teams to avoid, market penalties in all markets.
  • Should be able to display sense of urgency, ownership, and act as First line of Defense and escalate to supervisor to avoid any financial loss.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholder and executes all correspondent requisites in a timely and accurate manner with an understanding of the underlying business and specific client needs.
  • Any prior experience in client services, clients help desk will be an added advantage.
  • Timing: (APAC) Shift 6 AM to 3 PM IST.
