Major Duties :1. Provide support for functional and technical queries, ensuring superior client service to the business users. 2. Interact and liaise with IT and external vendors to resolve issues/defects/outages in a timely fashion. 3. Provide analysis and takes ownership throughout the lifecycle of the project from scoping, high level business requirements, detailed business requirements and implementation as required. 4. Review and analyze system specifications, collaborate with project team to develop effective test strategies and plans. 5. Consistently demonstrates expertise in projects and system upgrades, testing for large and small projects/changes, system changes and upgrades. 6. Utilize available subject matter expertise to perform functional reviews of transformational initiatives and on-going BAU change agendas. 7. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, establish trust within the corresponding business teams; gain enthusiasm within the teams. 8. Work closely with regional functional managers in various processes / projects to ensure communication and smooth implementation. 9. Provides consulting to stakeholder(s) to identify and understand the issues, drivers, environment or business they support. Knowledge :• Self-starter with advanced analytical and problem solving skills • Ability to liaise and translate between technical and non-technical departments. • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills • Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks • Strong organizational and time management skills • Relevant product knowledge; experienced in consulting, analysis and change management. • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with strong functional domain experience • In-depth knowledge of applications used by our business partners, with functional competencies Experience :• A College or University degree and relevant proven work experience is required. IIBA Certification is advantageous.
