Senior Project Manager

Job Description

• Plan and coordinate the development of the business cases, ensuring that projects are executed to meet identified business needs and outcome, within agreed parameters of cost, duration, and quality.
• Handle and timely execute the procurement of digital systems.
• Assess and apply the appropriate project management methodologies, such as Agile practices, to ensure project success.
• Identify potential project risks and the implications to the organisation and recommend mitigating measures.
• Actively engage and motivate various key partners to deliver and effect positive change in our digital products.
• Have managed complex and large-scale implementation/execution of project.
• Strong vendor management and interpersonal ability.
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.
• An adaptable and enterprising personality, with willingness to pick new knowledge and take thoughtful risks.
• Be motivated by innovation to achieve tangible business outcomes.
• Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, to positively influence key partners.
• Strong risk management and proactive planning.
• Experience in local public sector technical implementations/support project is an added advantage.
• Experience in large scale Singapore public sector projects engagement.
• Exposure on GCC, GCC+, GDC and cloud implementations, migration to any of these service providers.
• Good Stakeholder management, conflict management

• Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/ Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience as a Project Manager in at least 5 full project development life cycles, with at least one using Agile methodology.
• Project Management-related certifications such as CITPM, COMIT or PMP/PRINCE2.
• Agile-related certification such as Certified Scrum Master.
