Join our team in Sydney as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders in the Financial Management Group. In this role you will grow, develop your skills, and interact across all levels of the corporate hierarchy.

What role will you play?

As an Executive Assistant you will support a team lead, their direct reports and the broader team in the Group Treasury division. You will liaise with key senior stakeholders and other executive assistants to arrange meetings and events and assist in determining priority of matters of attention for the team while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.

What you offer
  • Extensive experience in booking, scheduling and coordinating complex travel, including coordination of approvals and preparation of itineraries
  • Experience processing purchase orders, invoices, expense claims and reconciliations for payment, adhering to our expense policies and procedures
  • Ability to manage complex diaries across multiple time zones
  • Capability to work proactively and understand the nature of the business and priorities within the team
  • Experience maintaining a high level of discretion, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent planning and organisation skills.
