Responsibilities:

  • Review and supervise daily operational processes, including fund accounting, trade processing, cash transfers, and fee payments.
  • Ensure that operational processes meet service level requirements and promptly address any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners (trustees, fund administrators, custodians, auditors) to enhance services and streamline processes.
  • Manage interim reporting and fulfill fund auditing obligations.
  • Assist in implementing new projects and processes, such as launching new funds and conducting system UAT for new businesses.
  • Optimize and standardize operational workflows to minimize risk, strengthen controls, and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Above 5 years of relevant experience, with a focus on NAV calculation and trade processing cycles.
  • Sound understanding of the asset management industry and trade products in equities and fixed income (e.g., cash stocks, cash bonds, futures).
  • Candidates with experience in both buy-side and sell-side roles are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient knowledge of ETFs, with preferred experience in ETF fund accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to prioritize work requests and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English and Chinese.
