  • Work closely with business owners and digital product owners to to gather reporting requirements and understand their data needs
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using data visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker.Use a combination of data sets to conduct analysis, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization through experimentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Provide regular reports and ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making processes
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance data analysis efficiency
  • Solve customer pain-point using a sound understanding of relevant analytics methodologies, techniques and technology, including but not limited to web analytics, data science, data engineering, business intelligence, optimization
  • Work with sales, marketing, technology, user experience, product, and design teams, applying your data expertise to solve customer pain-points

  • Experience delivering hands-on digital analytics and strong analytical skills such as data-driven approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work with various data sets to conduct analysis (web data, marketing, operational, finance, CRM) and as well proficiency in SQL and data querying techniques
  • Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker in addtion to familiarity with digital analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Profund interpersonal skills - works well with other members of teams as well as other teams
  • Understanding of digital media mechanics, SEO, PPC, display and affiliates
