The Learning and Engagement Manager champions Keppel Capital's efforts in driving employee L&D and employee engagement through the lens of shaping organisation culture. This role works across the Company to identify and implement customised solutions taking reference from internal and external leading practices that are aligned with the strategic direction and growth of the business.
  • Work with line leadership to identify learning needs of the teams and provide learning solutions to meet these needs. Drive the annual learning festival. Assist to drive a culture of shared ownership of learning and development.
  • Works collaboratively with HR colleagues to ensure learning programmes and solutions integrate with other practices such as performance management and leadership development.
  • Manage early talent programmes to grow organisation bench strength.
  • Partner with Keppel Group on graduate and internship initiatives and programmes.
  • Create and deliver new hire orientation strategy for all levels that focus on employee experience.
  • Manage all employee engagement survey initiatives. Analyse results and make recommendations to leadership on appropriate actions required to improve employee experience. Partner with various stakeholders to implement proposed action plans.
  • Develop employee communications plans for engagement and other initiatives to shape organisation culture.
  • Work with Keppel Group to create and manage employee performance management programmes. Facilitate and/or run programmes for people leaders and staff on effective performance management.
  • Create and develop processes and strategies relating to employee retention including but not limited to employee engagement activities, development and mobility opportunities.
  • Assist to develop strategies and initiatives to drive an agile, innovative and digital culture
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in HR/ Learning/ Engagement
  • R elevant degree and qualification
  • I nnovative and communicates well and quickly
  • Work well in a team as well as independently
