An opportunity exists for a motivated and driven executive assistant to work as a member support coordinator at a prestigious organisation in Penrith. This organisation has been operating for three decades and is responsible for all Council administration and compliance.

Your new role
As a member support coordinator, you will be directly reporting to the Corporate Services Manager. This is a broad role with diverse tasks and responsibilities where you would be engaging, building relationships, and supporting members, and co-ordinating member's training sessions and managing diaries.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Well presented, friendly and efficient with extensive experience in customer management.
  • Act as first point of contact with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extensive experience in training plan development and co-ordination of presenters.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong diary management skills & Ability to use office applications with advanced proficiency.
  • Ability to manage budgets with strong understanding of risk & mutual industry experience.
