Your new role
This role reports directly to the Company Accountant as an Accounts Payable Administrator with high attention to detail and the ability to work closely with various teams across the company.

Your new role
This role reports directly to the Company Accountant as an Accounts Payable Administrator with high attention to detail and the ability to work closely with various teams across the company.
Key accountabilities:
- Data entry of local and overseas invoices in a timely manner.
- Schedule and manage overseas supplier payment terms, deposit, and final payments.
- Cost and process shipments in a timely manner.
- Process payment runs to domestic and international suppliers weekly and as required.
- Obtain forward exchange contracts and managing contracts to cover overseas payments, ensuring minimal exposure.
- Review and record credit card expense claims, ensuring documentation is complete.
- Complete supplier statement reconciliations monthly, including claims.
- Take initiative in investigating and resolving queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain account emails.
- Maintain supplier specification records.
- Assist with month end closing.
- Work closely with the finance team and other operations within the company.

- The ability to process a high volume of invoices efficiently and accurately.
- Experience working in accounts payable and foreign exchange
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Be organised, efficient with a can-do attitude.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Be a motivated self-starter.
- High attention to detail.

- Competitive Annual Salary Package - $70k - $75k + Super (Pro rata basis)
