Are you a sales expert with 2+ years in business to business sales and want the flexibility to work from home?Your new companyThis business has been established for 19 years, and supports small trades businesses at all stages to reach their milestones for sustainable, ongoing growth. Not only does this business offer assistance and guidance to business owners, but they set achievable goals, monitor progress and hold businesses accountable for their desired outcomes. Offering tailored solutions, they coach small trades businesses e.g. Plumbers who want to achieve a certain financial goal. Your new company provides workshops, seminars and one on one coaching sessions to ensure the small businesses are set up for the best success. Seeking an experienced Business to Business Sales Representative to nurture their warm leads and be proactive in reaching out to new customers.
Your new roleAs a permanent employee, you will work from the comfort of your own home, with the occasional workshop attendance required to support your clients and the business. Reaching out to 70% of warm leads, and conducting 30% of cold leads, you will invite prospective clients over the phone to workshops and events held by your new organisation and nurturing these clients from cold, to warm, to hot, and checking in each step of the way on how you can best support them. By building strong relationships with prospective clients, you will have a natural sales style and be confident over the phone when speaking with busy tradies. Making a strong first impression is key, and having resilience when knocked back will be essential. Continue to nurture the 'no' and try to turn it eventually into a 'yes'. Inviting clients to workshops and then encouraging them to continue with more services provided, such as one on one coaching sessions, and really selling the benefits to your customers.
What you'll need to succeedThere is a high volume of calls you will need to make, so if you have experience with phone-based sales, then this is the role for you. Seeking a minimum of 2 years' business to business sales, with a proven track record of nurturing leads from cold to warm. As you are working from home, you will need to be an independent worker who has the work ethic and commitment to make the number of calls needed on a daily basis to be successful.
