Lead deep reviews into the credit and and underwriting teams.
Represent business control in working groups for regulatory and internal remediations
Proactively manage relationship with multiple stakeholders, including Function heads and Business Heads.
Utilise communication and leadership skills to influence a wide range of senior internal and external audiences, providing impactful, valuable, and ongoing input through active interactions with stakeholders and formal participation at key committees and management initiatives, where applicable.
Provide credible challenge to Business Heads regarding standards and process quality to ensure that weaknesses in such processes are identified and escalated as appropriate
Ensures end-to-end Wholesale Credit Risk within the bank is effectively identified, measured, monitored and controlled
Understand end-to-end processes and provide an assessment of the control environment and its ability to mitigate risk
Provide continuous improvement ideas to assist the function to become a "best-in-class" function

Experience:

Deep knowledge of wholesale credit lending and processes
Experince in a top bank from either credit risk, credit audit, credit assurance, risk & control or governance.
Experience in leadership roles
