  • Working with the team on approvals and RCS filings of annual accounts
  • Managing the incorporation of new Luxembourg entities
  • Working through KYC documentation and filings
  • Helping organise quarterly board meetings, board packs and collecting signatures as required.
  • Liaising and managing bank account openings, and working with notaries.
  • Work closely with the legal team working through NDAs, POAs, and agreements whilst managing appropriate databases
  • Assisting the secretarial team with ad hoc tasks, approvals and projects.

  • University Degree
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a corporate secretarial role or administration function within asset management in Luxembourg
  • Experience handling multiple requests with the ability to prioritise
  • Knowledge of both open and closed-end funds
  • Knowledge of corporate law and governance
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fluency in English, and French or German language would be an advantage
