Looking for a one-of-a-kind opportunity to grow in a diverse financial services and technology company, and work on something cutting edge?

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Services Administrator to join our Accounting & Tax team in Burnie. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and ready to provide excellent customer and client service.

What will your typical week look like?
  • Attend to our incoming clients and phone lines, assisting our clients with their queries and scheduling appointments to ensure a high-quality service is provided.
  • Communicate with advisors, partners and staff to ensure exceptional service delivery to support them in servicing client requests.
  • Take charge of a wide range of administrative responsibilities, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence and ordering supplies.
  • Dive into the world of client data management, collating of financial accounts and tax returns, invoicing and WIP management, liaising with the ATO on a variety of matters, and scanning.
