Our client is a global fund and asset management group that invests in asset classes surrounding sustainability and has operations across many continents.


Group reporting and data collection
  • Collate, review, track and monitor group reporting deliverables to lendors such as quarterly and annual financial reports, budgets/forecasts to lenders,
  • Monitor status for financial statements and audit process, providing support for group centralised items
  • Monitor monthly and quarterly accounting close
  • Assist with inputs and collation of finance information for board meetings.
  • Collate, consolidate, and analyze quarterly timesheets.
  • Track and monitor groups tax filing obligations
  • Assist with data gather and input for consolidation process

Loan Management
  • Maintaining group loan schedules, and debt reporting obligations.
  • Calculating debt waterfalls for interest or capitalisation requirements.

Group Cash Management
  • Consolidate group cash balances across banks and accounts.
  • Assist with treasury management activities such as FX and interest maximization

Supporting Improvement Initiatives
  • Working directly with CFO, and Finance heads to drive improvement initiatives for the finance function
  • Create reporting calendars templates and processes to fulfil company finance reporting obligations
  • Support group accounting policies documentation.
  • Support finance systems implementations, including data collection and migration.
  • Work with external service provides to provide inputs from the business.

Payments Processing
  • Processing and tracking payments for corporate entities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience in meeting deadlines with multiple deliverables and dependencies from various stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting requirements.
  • Proficient with Excel and manipulating data and summarizing into dashboards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High degree of ownership and accountability and controllership
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical and Problem Solving
