Due to growth and movement within the team, this large and nationally recognised company based in Brisbane's Southern Suburbs is seeking a Scheduler to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. Your new role
Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless management of bookings, overseeing end-to-end processes such as receiving and entering client job bookings, assigning team members and assets, vehicle setup and allocation, and providing operational support.Some of your key responsibilities will be:
  • Efficiently managing incoming job bookings by accurately entering client details into the system and ensuring completeness.
  • Conducting daily follow-up calls to address inquiries and concerns, maintaining positive communication with clients.
  • Matching qualified team members to specific jobs based on skills and requirements, optimising resource allocation.
  • Coordinating the allocation of vehicles, equipment, and other assets for each job, facilitating pickup or delivery as needed.
  • Monitoring policy adherence, addressing non-compliance promptly, and providing constructive feedback to enhance road crew performance.
  • What you'll need to succeed
    Ultimately, you'll be someone who is professional, adaptable and reliable. You will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills that can communicate with a diverse range of people. It is essential that you have the following:
  • Experience in high volume scheduling work and/or rostering of people and resources, ideally within a blue-collar industry
  • Sound administrative skills and computer literacy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Ability to be proactive and solution-driven with tasks
  • Ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Valid Driver's licence
