The Financial Planner will provide customers with tailored, goals based financial advice, ensuring performance objectives are met including advice quality, customer satisfaction and delivery of service, compliance and business growth and retention.
To do this successfully you will:
- Provide quality financial advice underpinned by an understanding of clients' immediate needs, long-term objectives and level of comfort with risk
- Adhere to professional standards required by financial advisers
- Keep abreast of industry, legislative, business and technical advice trends
- Coach, mentor and educate partners and team members
S uccessful applications will demonstrate:
- Demonstrated negotiation skills
- Ability to engage with customers and maintain successful long-term relationships
- Strong business acumen
- A good understanding of factors currently affecting the financial services industry
- Experience in the financial planning business or in a finance related field
- Essential: Degree in Finance, Business, Commerce or a related discipline from a recognised Australian tertiary institution or international equivalent
- Essential: Diploma of Financial Services, Financial Planning giving you RG146 Compliance in the following: (Generic Knowledge, Securities, Managed Investments, Life Insurance, Superannuation, Financial Planning and Skills
