Exciting new opportunity to work for one of Autralia's leading telecom companies within their Customer Success team on an initial 6-month contract!

Your new role
As a Customer Success Specialist, your duties will include, but not limited to;
  • Account lead - you will drive customer growth and new service and sale opportunities
  • Develop close and meaningful relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Take time to understand customer business needs and objectives
  • Proactively identify and implement personalised service enhancements, procedure improvements and governance plans
  • Support customers in delivery of projects across onboarding, service delivery, billing and tech support
What you'll need to succeed
  • Exposure to a sales environment, preferable within IT & Telecom industries
  • Proven relationship management skills with customers
  • Ability to deal with high pressure situations and show flexibility and resilience
  • Understand technology and be able to discuss technical issues
