Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, an opportunity for a Finance Administrator has arisen to join a fast paced and growing company. Working within the finance function and delivering a wide range of services to your colleagues. We need your determination, ambition and drive to accurately achieve our goals!

The purpose of this role to provide accounts support to the Gallagher broking and finance teams.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Receipting/allocation of all client payments to invoices including direct deposits, bpay, foreign currency and credit card
  • Allocation of credit and debit invoices
  • Processing the administration and approval step of client refunds
  • Assisting and supporting brokers with account queries

This is a great opportunity and to be considered , we are seeking a min of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to the Insurance industry plus:
  • Experience in insurance industry is highly regarded
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of accounts administration
  • High attention to detail and levels of accuracy
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong teammate with willingness to support others
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate closely with a range of stakeholders.
