Embedded within the Sustainable Investment Data Operations tea m and report ing into the Senior Manager, this role will s upport strategic projects focus ing on the provision , analysis, and quality of sustainability and ESG data i n accordance with m ethodology and compliance; ensuring data is of high quality whilst m aintaining regulatory standards and controls across the index data quality chain . The role will encompass supporting initiatives related to thought leadership content, new materials for client engagement and support the overall quality of team results including but not limited to the delivery of Index Data Review s .

- Industry knowledge de monstrates a depth of hands-on knowledge of the industry and products.
- Innovative thinking , clearly able to demonstrate new ideas and approaches to problems and establish solutions through different methods.
- Effective change management, detailed approach to take care of change, transition or transformation of the organisation's goals, processes, or technologies, implementing strategies to inspire change positively within the team .
- Data and Analytics ; detailed review of data , proactively presenting trends, impact and contrasts between subsequent reviews, data sets and internal Product Involvement research .
- Data Due Diligence, conducting detailed operational due diligence research and analysis on sustainability and ESG data.
- Support all aspects of research initiating the rollout and maint enance of standard operating procedures that outline controls and governance around internal research cycles consistent with index review cycles whilst upholding the highest levels of quality and consistency.
- Strategy/Project Management ; assist in coordinating and performing the team's index review based priorities , contributing to business strategy, growth plans and associated automation initiatives.
- Ongoing overhaul of Index review process in conjunction with current automation initiatives establishing a refined and robust delivery minimizing risk and enhancing quality and benefit to both internal and external customers.
- R elevant proven experience in the global index or data management industry would be beneficial
- Experience in leading operational risk reduction and quality initiatives
- Ability to collaborate and build sound relationships with cross functional teams
- Highly proficient analytical skills with proven track record to effectively multi-task
- Excellent team building and communications skills
- Highly process driven.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience from an accredited college or university; postgraduate degree would be helpful
- Highly proficient with SQL and Excel
