About the position

This position incorporates a broad spectrum of operational and finance support areas such as partner accreditations, customer payment allocation and customer account closure and general operational business support activities. As Moula evolves and expands so will this position therefore you must be flexible, resilient, innovative and highly motivated.

Key responsibilities
  • Broker/Aggregator on-boarding - deliver on the processes and policy requirements to onboard brokers and other referral agents, involving liaison with Aggregators and other third-party data sources to verify and validate referrer credentials
  • Maintain the third-party risk policies and procedures
  • Work with Sales, Operational and Finance teams to ensure appropriate due diligence is adhered to prior to customers receiving their loan payments
  • Timeously resolve introducer or customer issues and provide guidance
  • Perform operational activities as they pertain to customers, including but not limited to, direct payment allocations, refunds due, closing customer accounts, fee allocation

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills along with stakeholder management
  • You pride yourself on your attention to detail and follow-up
  • You have a willingness to develop and continuously improve
  • You have loads of initiative and self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast and ever-changing environment
  • Applicants with the following backgrounds will be highly regarded:
    • Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance or similar
    • Good knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
