Administration and Support Position with a highly reputable household brand in design and furnishings Your new company
Our client is based in the outer Mulgrave suburbs and is seeking an experienced administration and support professional to join their growing team. This organisation specialises in Australian style and design and are excited to add another member to their family.
Your new role
Your duties and responsibilities include:
  • Triaging warranty requests from customers regarding their products, recording all information into the database, uploading relevant files or photos to support the claim
  • Provide additional care instructions to customers by sending recommendations for repairing the product
  • Divert customers to their warranty policy, ensure they are aware of what is covered in their policy if the product is no longer in warranty
  • Provide sound and commercial options to achieve customer satisfaction that aligns with the business (team) objectives
  • Work effectively and efficiently and independently, as well as contribute to the day-to-day work flow of the team.
  • Ensure all documentation is filed and correctly uploaded to the system
  • Liaise with warehouse to allocate stock to customer-based returns or exchanges
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role, it is suggested you possess the following skills and experience:
  • Prior experience working in a high value product background with experience addressing warranty requests
  • Exceptional data entry and computer skills. Must be able to efficiently navigate through systems
  • Adaptable and self-sufficient ; must be able to manage your personal work flow effectively.
  • Familiarly working in a high volume administration processing role is imperative to your success in this role.
  • Commercial minded and ability to deliver solutions to the customer in line with business objectives
  • Netsuite experience is highly designed though not essential.
