About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Associate, FP&A to build and then own the systems and processes to plan Ramp's next phase of growth. We need an analyst who can analyze data, build models, and clearly communicate high-impact opportunities and trends to partners across the company. This will be a highly cross-functional role, and will report to Ramp's FP&A Director.

What You'll Do
  • Identify and drive initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and scale forecasting and reporting tools/systems
  • Help run monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles to deliver operational and financial insights on past performance and future expectations
  • Partner with business leaders across the organization to prioritize key focus areas for the company, communicate clear business objectives, and drive accountability
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making and optimize ROI
What You Need
  • Extreme attention to detail with a high regard for precision
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytical role
  • Proven expertise with Excel and Google Sheets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to develop and manage financial models independently
  • Track record of developing and maintaining relationships with both internal and external partners
Nice to Haves
  • Prior FP&A experience within a high-growth tech startup
  • Proven expertise with Looker, SQL, and/or Python
  • Prior public company experience; FinTech experience; accounting experience or education
  • Experience in the implementation of financial planning software (e.g. Oracle Hyperion, Adaptive, Anaplan)
