Overview
Client Onboarding/Transitions/Conversions - S3Supports more complex client onboarding/transition/conversion projects through a diverse set of operational activities. Responsible for set-up of new clients and maintenance of existing clients on various systems. Provides solutions to problems in situations that are atypical or occur infrequently based on existing precedents or procedures. Processes client access requests using established procedures and under the general guidance and direction of more senior onboarding/transition/conversion staffCoordinates all back-end systems to meet client expectations. Codes account privileges and inputs client requests into database tracking system. Scans contracts and set-up forms.May be responsible for engaging in transition/conversion activity, including but not limited to new business conversions, mergers, transitions and fund restructurings. Assists with the implementation of new software releases, coordinating dates of delivery for test and production. Provides technical support for conversions by investigating client issues and researching new functionality. No direct reports. Provides guidance to less experienced onboarding/transitions/conversions staff, as needed.Responsible for the quality and completion of own work. Work is focused on multiple clients or on a variety of projects with greater complexity. High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
