Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our client's company team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of payroll for our clients, while adhering to all relevant regulations and delivering exceptional service.

  • Process payroll accurately and efficiently for assigned clients
  • Calculate wages, deductions, and withholdings according to company policies and applicable laws
  • Verify and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy
  • Generate and distribute payroll reports as required
  • Address client inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues promptly and professionally
  • Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll information

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in payroll processing or a similar role
  • Thorough understanding of payroll principles, practices, and regulations
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
