We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Japan! You will be driving recruitment process and improvement of 360° hiring experience for candidates and business leaders in collaboration with wider HR functions. You can build your business knowledge by hiring for all the functions in Japan and beyond.

How You'll be Successful:
- Drive an effective hiring strategy to source, attract and hire the very best talents primarily in Japan
- Provide creative solutions to hiring challenges, regular updates and strong delivery
- Contribute to business success by improving on hiring metrics: time-to-fill, diversity, hiring cost, internal mobility and hiring manager and candidate experience etc.
- Collaborate with Global Acquisition Research Team and provide business leaders with up-to-date talent research reports to align on the sourcing strategy
- Build a talent pipeline for Japan and Asia Pacific markets through direct sourcing for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure data integrity and adherence to our global policies and processes throughout the process, including background check completion of all the new starters
- Be an advocate for our Inclusive Hiring practices
- Champion employer branding by actively promoting our brands on social media
Who You Are:
- 3 years or more experience in recruitment (in-house, RPO, recruitment agencies)
- Strong direct sourcing experience and talent market intelligence in Japan
- Near native level proficiency in Japanese and English (Your typical day will be approx. 80% in English, 20% in Japanese)
- Ability to build a positive relationship with candidates, business leaders, HR, agencies etc.
- Creative problem-solving skills and positive, growth mindset
- Time management skills and flexibility to ensure effective delivery (number of roles you have to manage at a time may range from approx. 5 - 35 requisitions)
- Adoptability to changes, including new process and technology
