Position Summary
Your role is to plan and execute the procurement process for IT services for all SHEIN legal entities overseas, specifically vendor evaluation, bidding, price comparison and negotiation, and vendor performance evaluation. Work closely with business units in a rapidly changing environment. In-depth collaboration with external and internal partners.

Position Summary
Your role is to plan and execute the procurement process for IT services for all SHEIN legal entities overseas, specifically vendor evaluation, bidding, price comparison and negotiation, and vendor performance evaluation. Work closely with business units in a rapidly changing environment. In-depth collaboration with external and internal partners.
Responsibilities:
- Track and implement the procurement process in accordance with company regulations, including but not limited to price inquiry/comparison, negotiation, contracts review/signing , tracking/landing of purchase orders, and ensure the efficient promotion of related work.
- Manage and track the bidding process, documents preparation, bid negotiations, etc.
- Review, sign, pay and manage business collaboration contracts.
- Select qualified suppliers, evaluate suppliers' supply capacity and cooperation relationships, strive for favorable prices and ideal supply conditions, and actively develop other supply channels.
- Build supplier information base, regularly evaluate suppliers and control procurement costs.
- Fluent English and Chinese speaker
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field. Preferably majoring in finance, auditing, law, computer science, and study abroad experience.
- Minimum of eight years of professional experience in procurement.
- Qualify working experience in IT industry, familiar with bid workflow and other work content corresponding to the job responsibilities.
- Excellent negotiation and planning skills, with strong execution and data analysis abilities.
