VP - Healthcare M&A (global US mid-market firm)

This is an expanding yet well-established Healthcare M&A team with great mid-market success. Key subsectors are Pharma Services, Healthcare Services and Medical Devices.

Scope:

VPs in the team support new business development and manage deal execution.

The firm prides itself on a environment that is collegial, friendly and entrepreneurial and, as such, rewards staff with substantial responsibility and interaction with senior-level professionals and clients. VPs are given substantial responsibility and are encouraged to help further grow the business.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Requisite VP level M&A experience in an M&A boutique or Big 4 style M&A group

• Strong execution experience on end to end deals (closed deal experience)

• Demonstrable track record in the Healthcare sector

• Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring Analysts and Associates

• Ability to grow our business and act entrepreneurially

• Management skills in supervising and training staff
