Job Description
Requirement:
- Report to the group CEO
- Monitor the group's Financial Management and Financial accounting
- Review month-end closing, financial reporting and FRR report
- Manage finance and accounting function for SFC licensed corporations
- Maintain the relationships with external banks
- Monitor cashflow forecast and annual budget
- Liaise with auditors for audit matter
- Conduct and manage due diligence review in respect of acquisitions and assist in relevant negotiations
- Monitor the consolidation as well as taxation, annual audit and strategic plans
- Implementing policies, procedures & guideline to improve the operation efficiency
- Maintain and develop proper internal control framework
- Liaise with BOD and external stakeholders
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree or above in accounting/finance with qualification
- 10 -15 years of relevant experience with financial institutions,with at least 8 years at a managerial level
- Experience in the brokerage,ibank industry is highly desireable
- Knowledge in financial products such as equties ,bonds ,options,Repo,TRS,FX
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
- Excellent command of English and Chinese
