As Corporate Legal administrative assistant, your main responsibilities will be :
  • Traditional secretarial work (writing letters, organizing meetings, photocopying, archiving, calendar management, taking calls, organization of trips)
  • Support in Corporate Paralegal Governance
  • Support in KYC Compliance
  • Creation of folders, printing and filing of emails in folders
  • Updating customer contact lists in Outlook
  • Office Management
  • Board Corporate and administrative Management
  • Recording of time, disbursements and expense reports

Profile :
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Administrative and Governance support IN A LAW FIRM
  • Strong capability to adapt to a new and challenging environment
  • Team-player, organized, solution-oriented, flexible
  • Fluent in English and French mandatory
