Senior Accountant / Assistant Finance Manager - Private Equity Fund House

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage month-end closing, year-end audit and tax filing
• In charge of consolidation, financial statements and reports, e.g. P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements Handle SFC Type 4,9 FRR reporting
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
• Analyze performance of the companies

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3-6 years of relevant Accounting experience preferred, candidates with previous audit background is a plus but not a must
• Accounting or related Bachelor Degree is preferred
• Prefer candidates who worked in financial services / asset management / private equities
