Within this role you will have full financial oversight for the investment strategy, all financial reporting, dealing with all tax/3rd party advisors and assisting with the audit process, as well as being actively involved in the aquisition strategy/process as deals are executed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for delivering extensive fund financial and performance reporting, with a view of delivering all risk management eventualities to stakeholders.
- Supporting the investment and acquisitions team, along with external advisors on all transactions. Ideally you will have a background working with Asset and Portfolio managers as this is a key relationship within this role.
- Responsible for managing advisors (lawyers, tax and others) to ensure very rigid and high quality controls and processes are in place.
- Working with the acquisitions team, you will have direct involvement in cash management (such as capital expenditure, distribution and equalisation calculations).
- Ideally you will have strong modelling skills (Excel) to also work with the treasury management function to support in raising debt, managing SPV and fund level debt. You will also look deployment forecasting, carried interest and capital structure optimisation.
- This role will support the FD, CFO and Exec Leadership team so it's imperative you have a strong delivery background as you will also be presenting to investors with analysis highlighting optimum performance metrics, as well as in-depth reporting, creating dashboards to illustrate key operating and financial metrics.
- This candidate must have a formal accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) and ideally have 3-5 years post qualifying experience.
- Experience working with Real Estate Funds is highly advantageous.
