Responsibilities:
- Drive solutioning for the automation and digitalisation in Risk Control monitoring and reporting processes.
- Leverage the use of data analytics to provide greater management insights
- Review and work with business & support units to improve processes/systems to support the products/business requirements in sales, trading, new product as well as operational risk areas.
- Drive implementation or improvement to front office processes to ensure compliance with internal policies & regulatory requirements
- Support traders, sales and structurers and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve ad-hoc issuespertaining to Operational Risk
- Assist in Operational Risk related activities (e.g. perform RCSA testing, prepare Operational Risk related reports.)
- Bachelor Degree preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering/IT, with 3 - 5 years in Treasury or Markets or Custody/Securities Services in the following areas: Product Control, Middle Office Operations & Risk
- Some experience in operational risk/ regulatory and project management
- Experience in programming and data analytics using Tableau, Python or R will be a plus
- Good verbal and written communications and comfortable with presentations
- Collaborative personality reflecting energy & enthusiasm with an ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Independent self-starter with sound organisational skills and ability to be disciplined with planning and delivering deadlines
