Job Purpose

In Digital Banking, we work closely with colleagues from Product, Technology, Delivery and Design to make digital banking a joyful experience for our customers and employees.

You will be a key member in the Digital Product Investment & Insurance team, providing digital channels domain knowledge to stakeholders, playing a pivotal role in optimizing user journeys and maximizing conversion rates across our digital products. This position involves a deep understanding of user behavior, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall digital customer experience.

  • Enhanced digital products' performance and user experience in digital channels (e.g. from public website to post login).
  • Establish a digital channel optimization framework to govern and enhance performance and digital experience for customers.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights into user behavior, providing recommendations for iterative improvements.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize conversion funnels and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review design changes aimed at improving user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Implement tools and processes to monitor and report on the performance of digital channels.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on conversion rate performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Proven experience with minimum 5 years in conversion rate optimization within the financial services or banking industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, user testing, and other methodologies for optimizing digital experiences.
  • Customer obsession and driven to provide joyful and empathetic customer digital experience.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance and security considerations in the financial industry.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and challenging environment, driving continuous improvement.
