Role Overview

The Sustainability Manager will play an important role in helping to develop and deliver TP ICAP's sustainability strategy and reporting. Working closely with the Director of Sustainability & Community Investment, the Sustainability Manager will help to ensure that the Group continues to understand and meet the expectations of our stakeholders in this area. The Sustainability Manager will collaborate with various departments across the Group to drive sustainability initiatives, and promote ethical and responsible business practices.

Role Responsibilities
  • Manage aspects of TP ICAP's sustainability reporting, including external disclosures to ratings agencies and other third-parties.
  • Help shape future reporting by keeping up to date with new sustainability-related reporting requirements, and support the development and delivery of implementation strategies.
  • Work with the Marketing & Communications function to strengthen internal and external communications on sustainability.
  • Oversee the collection and reporting of environment data (carbon, energy, waste and water).
  • Support with producing reports and updates for senior management, the Board, and its Committees.
  • Contribute to delivering key objectives as they arise in support of the Group meeting its ESG-related commitments.
Experience / Competences

  • Current experience in a corporate sustainability role.
  • Excellent written communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident self-starter, happy to use their initiative to complete tasks.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Proven project management experience with the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once.
  • Detail-focused.
  • Confident at proactively building networks and managing stakeholders.
  • Hands on experience and knowledge of sustainability reporting, including ratings, indices and benchmarks (e.g. Sustainalytics, MSCI, S&P CSA, and CDP).
  • Experience in environmental reporting and current best practice in this area.
