Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager to join the wider Marketing & Communications function.

You will be working in a busy and dynamic team on global communications campaigns for internal and external audiences. There are two core elements to the role:
  • Upgrade, update and maintain the digital channel footprint, internal and external, of the Group and its client-facing brands. Help execute our social media strategy for a) our Group, TP ICAP, corporate channels and b) our core client-facing brand channels (ICAP, Tullett Prebon, PVM, Liquidnet, Parameta Solutions).
  • Social media channels include LinkedIn primarily, but also X, TikTok, Instagram etc.
Communications is a relatively small team, so flexibility will be required. While the primary responsibility will be for internal communications, the successful candidate will be expected to enthusiastically take on new tasks, including those outside their core responsibilities.

Role Responsibilities
  • Manage optimisation, build, development, and migration projects relating to TP ICAP Group's website portfolio, to cover: a) Translating requirements into plans, b) Project scoping and prioritisation, c) Resource planning d) Relationship management between development team, agency support, Marketing & Communications, and internal stakeholders, e) Testing and f) Deployment
  • Publish content updates across website portfolio and coordinate delivery of upgrades and activities on existing and new platforms
  • Implement test and learn strategies on the website portfolio and ensure new components are fit for purpose before being released into production
  • Develop and report against KPIs to measure and manage engagement with website portfolio
  • Maintain relevant records, data and certificates to optimise the Group's website portfolio and ensure compliance in keeping with a listed company
  • Work with the Group Head of Design and broader Marketing & Communication team in deploying best practices across PPC, SEO, email campaigns, blogs, forums and social media to drive brand awareness
  • Help manage and evolve social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn) including: a) Engage with internal brand ambassadors to broaden brand reach, primarily across LinkedIn, b) Develop and publish content and c) Monitor and interpret social media metrics to drive continuous growth
  • Manage the digital screens across the offices to push campaigns/ company news.
  • Manage the build and training around dot digital emails
  • Manage the day to day maintenance of the Group intranet, ensuring best practises are adhered to and training provided (where needed) for teams across the business to ensure a great self-service product
Experience / Competences

  • Knowledge of CMS systems (e.g. Drupal, Squarespace, WordPress, Contentful etc.) and SharePoint is required.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Astute social media skills, both in terms of content development and technical expertise.
  • Corporate company experience would be very advantageous.
  • Great communication skills and ability to interact with different internal teams.
  • 'Hands-on' technical and digital delivery experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience in a commercial environment.
  • Comfortable working on projects with cross-functional, vertical and virtual teams.
  • Able to manage multiple projects at once, ensuring on time, on budget delivery.
  • Understanding of financial services would be advantageous.
