SENIOR FP&A ASSOCIATE - FTC 6 MONTHS (M/F)
THE JOB:
Supporting the FP&A manager in all corporate financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of the Company and certain subsidiaries. You will play a key role by acting as a business partner to the Senior Management. You will perform a range of tasks and activities requiring knowledge of accounting and corporate finance, excellent communication skills and analytical business skills.
Main responsibilities:
• Assist with the preparation of the annual budget of the Company and certain subsidiaries within the group;
• Support senior management decision-making through periodic and ad hoc reporting, analysis of historical performance and capital expenditure and key operating metrics;
• Lead preparation of financial reports and presentations for management and materials for Board of Directors' meetings and for the shareholder;
• Coordinate closely with business functions to review projections, budgets and historical results, as well as set deadlines, templates and reporting requirements;
• Preparation of cash flow forecasts;
• Be part of the invoice approval process of all operating expenses some subsidiaries;
• Provide operational FP&A support to the shareholder for certain projects;
• Assist in the strategic vision and development of FP&A financial systems and tools (including ad hoc analysis tools, budgeting and forecasting tools, BI);
• Assist in the development of business performance reporting to the Board for the investments portfolio;
• Support in the setup/improvement of procedures and policies for financial planning and analysis activities;
• Support in the update of the credit risk assessments of all entities within the group as well as any new entity;
• Support any required internal audits;
• Ensure that the internal control environment relating to financial processes is operating effectively
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Master's Degree in Finance or related topics;
• 5-7 years' experience in consulting, financial planning and analysis or business controlling roles;
• Analytical e team player;
• High degree of personal and professional integrity; mind set; collaborative
• Capability to work with significant amounts of data;
• Strong time management and an ability to properly prioritize tasks;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to work in a changing, multicultural environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities;
• An ability to positively collaborate across varied functions;
• Strong excel and financial modelling skills. Knowledge of Power BI or multi-dimensional database experience would be a plus;
• Fluency in English is mandatory. Any additional language is a plus.
