The Role
As our company experiences rapid expansion with the incorporation of new business units and the establishment of offices across various countries, our team has seen significant growth, increasing 4 times over the past 4 years reaching 450 individuals across 30+ countries worldwide. We expect to grow even more, with plans to extend our global team to 1,000 within the next 3–4 years, we are currently in search of a Financial Planning Analyst to join our dynamic finance team.
Your mission will involve supporting operational and strategic decision-making processes through activities such as budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, financial due diligence, and fostering finance business partnerships. Moreover, you will be responsible for developing policies, instructions, and other internal documents to ensure compliance and facilitate efficient operations.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Improve and maintain a regular budgeting process across all lines of business and cost centers
- Monitor business performance and conduct budget vs actual variance analysis
- Create financial models for decision support
- Support other departments as a finance business partner
- Participate in financial due diligence and M&A activities
- Analyze and conduct benchmarking of the financial data and key performance indicators relevant to the B2B SaaS industry
- Develop reports and dashboards for management using BI instruments (Tableau, Looker Studio)
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- At least Upper-Intermediate English proficiency in both oral and written communication
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within international tech or non-tech multinational companies
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets
- Familiarity with the requirements of the main IFRS standards applicable to SaaS companies
- Understanding of financial modeling and forecasting
- Demonstrated ability to write policies and comprehend company business processes effectively
- Experience with management reporting
- A quick learner with a strong aptitude for technology
- Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of key SaaS metrics and specifics of the SaaS business will be a plus
