An exciting opportunity has opened up to join a leading financial services player, providing first class user support experience in their production support team. This role will allow you to hone your application support skills and gain exposure to various applications in a technical environment.

Your Role:
  • Provide technical support for wealth management applications(such as Avaloq) to internal users
  • Ensure application reliability by performing daily health checks on applications and processes
  • Maintain production environment availability and performance, such as ensuing monitoring on shifts
  • Liaise with users and stakeholders to ensure that any production issues are tracked, managed and resolved on time
  • Work with various technology teams such as development, infrastructure, and regional IT teams
  • Participate in projects to ensure improvements in production monitoring and application upgrades

Key Skills Required:
  • At least 5 years of experience in application support for wealth management products such as Avaloq/Temenos
  • Experience managing incident and problem management in a production support environment
  • Technical understanding of Java, Oracle, Linux/Unix technologies
  • An understanding in front office and back office workflows and equity or derivatives
  • A strong communicator, as this role is user-facing and requires frequent liaising with regional technology teams
  • Adaptable to work on shifts for this role.

Salary: Up to $140k (Negotiable)
