In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Job Purpose

The role is required to support IT outsourcing arrangement for Intragroup & third-party outsourcing. It is an advantage if the candidate is familiar with MAS Outsourcing requirements.

Responsibilities

The candidate will be asked to efficiently and independently perform the duties and responsibilities for this role as outlined below:
  • Ensure alignment with teams on the related outsourcing strategies
  • Drive outsourcing activities by interfacing with operational teams, support groups and service providers for successful selection, contracting and execution of outsourced studies while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, ethical practices, DBS outsourcing and procurement policies and procedures
  • Act as focal point to support and service regional offices in intra-group arrangements
Key accountabilities:
  • In charge of intra-group outsourcing support and assessment
  • Ensure DIGOS/DISA contract (e.g. scope of work, SLA and cost) is reviewed and agreed by multiple parties (regional SDM, finance, legal, international centre, project team, T&M business...etc) and obtain DIGOS/DISA contract signed off
  • Chair the monthly SLA meetings with regional offices
  • Obtain approval on monthly SLA report and upload the monthly scorecard/report to OGR system (Outsourcing portal)
  • Monitoring and tracking outsourcing SDM deliverables
  • Support regional office in site visits (SG and other countries) or audit
  • Adhere to the governance processes and produce timely deliverables
Requirements
  • More than 2 years of experience in a Technology Risk role with good working knowledge of regulatory requirements, especially the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Technology Risk Management (TRM) and Outsourcing Guidelines
  • Possess a minimum of a degree in Information Technology or related discipline from a recognized institution
  • Familiar with IT controls over different operating systems and database platforms will be preferred
  • Experience in coordination involving various departments in the Bank
  • Good understanding of Technology processes, policies, and risk measurements
